  • The development offers residents highly energy-efficient homes designed to minimise ongoing energy usage via air source heat pumps, electric-only energy supplies, wastewater heat recovery systems and photovoltaic panels. All homes will have at least one electric vehicle charging bay

  • Acquired by Aviva Investors and Packaged Living Single Family Housing partnership who are funding and operating the asset, respectively.
