  • Advised on the acquisition and forward funding of 174 highly energy efficient houses

  • The scheme consists of 2, 3 and 4-bed suburban houses located in Dukes Quarter, Prince Philip Park development in Bordon

  • The wider masterplan includes new schools, shops, restaurants, medical facilities, a new film studio and an arts and cultural centre

  • There is public green space throughout the scheme accessible to all residents and includes a 54-acre woodland park

  • The development offers residents highly energy-efficient homes designed to minimise ongoing energy usage via air source heat pumps, electric-only energy supplies, wastewater heat recovery systems and photovoltaic panels. All homes will have at least one electric vehicle charging bay

  • Acquired by Aviva Investors and Packaged Living Single Family Housing partnership who are funding and operating the asset, respectively.

  • Value £60m
