  • Advised on the funding of 678 student beds, 37,000 sq ft of commercial and academic space with a value of £98,000,000

  • The building also included student ancillary space – including sports labs, café, gym, a library, and rooftop terraces

  • The building was built via Modern Methods of Construction by Bomer and Kirkland

  • One of the unique attractions was 10 year nominations agreement to the University Campus of Football Business (UCFB)

  • Undertook a full market review to seek funding of “First Way Campus” and identified Unite as preferred partner.
