  • Worked to set up the JV and forward fund of 338 private, 118 affordable apartments and 20,000 of commercial space

  • Jointly funded by Menta Regeneration, Mitsubishi Estate London and Clarion Housing Group

  • Work included input into the design and optimisation of the scheme with Menta Regeneration, Make Architects and the Sir Robert McAlpine design teams
