Worked to set up the JV and forward fund of 338 private, 118 affordable apartments and 20,000 of commercial space
Jointly funded by Menta Regeneration, Mitsubishi Estate London and Clarion Housing Group
Work included input into the design and optimisation of the scheme with Menta Regeneration, Make Architects and the Sir Robert McAlpine design teams
