  • Advised on the off-market acquisition of New Victoria a 520 apartment scheme with a value of £130m with Muse developments

  • The scheme was designed for rent and comprised 7,000 square feet of flexible amenity space in addition to retail space on the ground floor, a rooftop communal terrace, car parking and a range of public realm improvements.

  • The scheme represented PIC’s first investment into Build to rent.
