Market leading scheme on a prime 5 acre site in Southampton Town center with a value of £139m
Of behalf of the developer Tellon capital we forward funded 519 apartments, back of house, amenity area and 2,515 sq ft commercial space to Legal & General Investment Management (LGIM)
The role included giving advice on the complete redesign of the scheme to optimise value of the operational asset alongside Corstorphine + Wright, Stace and Henry Construction
